Just wanted to let SomeguyfromKokomo know what Dale Earnhardt means to a lot of people. My husband has been a fan of Dale Earnhardt's since his rookie year. He followed his career whether he was having a good year or a bad year. Dale was a man that went after his dream. He worked hard to get where he was in his life. It's just a shame that he couldn't live longer to enjoy it. Dale had his own style and while you may not have liked his style, people knew how he was and where he stood. Some may not have liked him very much, but they respected him. If you have watched any of the programs on him, you would see what kind of man he really was....a good father, husband and friend to everyone who knew him. We were lucky to be able to follow the career of someone so exciting and fun to watch. He will be greatly missed!!
