Casualty Claim Representative in its
Lebanon, Indiana office.
This position is responsible for the
investigation, adjustment, and resolution
of assigned claims. The individual will be
required to manage a caseload of moderate
to complex type losses in accordance with
Comapany standards and Indiana Unfair Claim
Practices Act.
Individual should have excellent
communication and negotiation skill, at
least 3-4 years of prior claims experience,
and superior organizational and
interpersonal skills. Experience handling
litigated claims preferred.

development engineers. We are looking for
solid design and development engineers who
will be designing and releasing the next
generation heavy duty starters and
alternators. Successful candidates will
have a BSME or BSEE and a minimum of three
years experience in the design of motors or
alternators in an automotive environment.
Engineers will be responsible for all
aspects of design, testing, creating and
maintaining project plans and timeliness in
support of TS16949 and APQP guidelines.
Must have the ability to work in a
multi-discipline team environment, lead
design reviews and DFMEA generation.
Experience with mechanical or magnetic FEA
software a plus.
