We are looking for a qualified individual
with a minimum of a Bachelor' s degree in
Social Services, Psychology or related
mental health field to provide case
management services and coordinate the
systems of care program. Responsibilities
include marketing, networking and
identification of program needs of
children/families referred for wrap-around
