�Shawn R. Myers, 30, 16608 Mill Pond Trail, Lot 7, Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 5 by the Department of Natural Resources for resisting law enforcement and failure to appear.
�Travers J. Bergman III, 48, 800 W. Garro St., Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 5 by the Plymouth Police Department for civil contempt.
�Aaron B. Hartman, 24, 3181/2 Freemont St., Argos, was arrested Jan. 5 by the PPD for civil contempt.
Crashes
�Alex M. Penzenick, 17, of South Bend lost control of his vehicle Jan. 5 at 7:50 p.m. on Plymouth-LaPorte Trail and 6B Road, Tyner. Penzenick went off the road, striking a tree and a fence. He stated he was talking on a cell phone and started to slide on the snow-covered roadway. He steered to regain control, oversteering and leaving the road. A passenger in the rear seat complained of pain to the neck area, but refused medical treatment. Penzenick was cited for driving while suspended. Damages were estimated $5,001-10,000, reported the Marshall County Sheriff�s Department.
�Denise I. Terry, 37, of Bourbon struck a deer Jan. 5 on Plymouth-Goshen Trail at Redwood Road, Plymouth.
