�Franklin J. Pancek, 24, 1201 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 20 by the Marshall County Sheriff�s Department for a probation violation of failing to appear, failing to appear for original charge, sexual misconduct with a minor and civil contempt.

�Robert L. Newman, 47, 900 W. Washington St., DeLong, was arrested Jan. 24 by the Plymouth Police Department for operating while intoxicated, operating with a BAC of .08 percent or more with prior, false or fictitious registration, speeding, and driving while suspended (prior).
�Amber K. Hoover, 21, 211 S. Henry St., Milford, was arrested Jan. 24 by the Marshall County Sheriff�s Department for forgery, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.
