BOURBON � T-shirts and sweatshirts commemorating Bourbon�s sesquicentennial are now on display at local businesses in town.
The front upper-chest design, in recognition of the downtown park, depicts the gazebo and a flowing ribbon with the dates 1853-2003.
The focus of the reverse side is a circular design filled by a black-and-white photo of a large crowd in the former grandstand during the by-gone days of the very memorable Bourbon Fair.
�A historical past, fascinating present and a bright future. Celebrate the journey!� flows above and below the artwork. These two mottos submitted by Orion Lemler and Casey Whitehurst were chosen from entries in a contest held at Triton schools.
The T-shirts and sweatshirts are available in adult and youth sizes and may be purchased at Lemler Locker, Robin�s Nest, Metheny Hardware and Tangles.
