April 21 Donation Day
Plymouth will have a countywide gathering to box items to be sent to soldiers serving overseas at 6:30 on April 21 at the American Legion 1040 East Jefferson.
Folks need to bring the military ID number to make sure the intended soldier receives the package. Boxes have been donated by Amer-ican Container. Designated drop-off spots between now and then are the American Legions in Plymouth, Argos, Bourbon, Club Fitness and Schoops in Plymouth and the St. Joseph Hospital, Ply-mouth. All donated items need to be at the Plymouth American Legion by 3 p.m. April 18 to be prepared for shipping.
Monetary donations are needed as well, to help pay shipping costs.
