PLYMOUTH Two of the people charged with the June 18 armed robbery of the Shell station in Plymouth have agreed to plea-bargain deals.

With credit for good time served, Jennifer Yoder and Jamie Graber will spend the next five years in prison.

Both agreed to plead guilty to one Class B felony count of robbery in Marshall Superior Court Wednesday.

Yoder, 19, was sentenced to 12 years in prison with two years of the term suspended. She will be sent to prison for 10 years. With credit for good time served Yoder will spend five years behind bars.

Yoder was also sentenced to one year reporting probation, $1 fine, $132 court courts and restitution.

Graber accepted the same plea deal, 12 years with two years suspended. She was sentenced to two years reporting probation , $1 fine, $132 court courts and restitution.

The two women along with Steven O. Morin, 25, robbed the Shell station, at U.S. 30 and Queen Road, about 11 p.m.

The employee at the station told police a lone gunman carrying a large caliber handgun walked into the business and demanded cash.

At the time the robber was described as a Caucasian man in his mid-to-late 20s. He wore a stocking over his face. After the attendant gave the suspect the money, he fled the store to a getaway car.

Detective Sgt. Rex Gilliland of the Marshall County Police said Morin and Graber were key suspects right away but investigators did not want to release their names out of fear they would disappear.

Yoder was the final suspect to be arrested. She was located in the Flint, Mich. area.

Yoder and Graber were suspects in other armed robberies in the area. They have been convicted of similar offenses in Kosciusko County. As part of the plea deal their sentences in Marshall County will run concurrent with the prison terms from the Kosciusko County case.

The Shell station in Plymouth has been robbed four times and burglarized once in the past three years. The last two times the station was robbed the suspects were caught.
