Birth announcement Wakefield A son, Carter Matthew, was born to Terry L. and Toni Mae Wakefield of Cooperstown on Aug. 12, 2005, at Titusville Area Hospital. He was born at 7:13 p.m. weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measuring 21� inches in length. Mrs. Wakefield is the former Toni Mae Williams. Maternal grandparents are Glen and Mary Williams.
