Chamber of Commerce seeks World War II veterans
The Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce is seeking World War II veterans, as it prepares for the 28th Annual Christmas Parade. This year�s theme is �A Star Spangled Christmas� and World War II veterans will serve as grand marshals for the event.
Veterans of World War II are asked to contact the Chamber Office at (606) 348-3064, even if you are not interested in riding in the parade. Honorary recognition of all who submit their names will be given during the parade�s live television broadcast.
The Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, December 3 at 6 p.m.
