Production
Supervision
Wabash Alloys, L.L.C., a leading
manufacturer of aluminum alloys in the
secondary aluminum industry has an
immediate Production Supervision
opportunity at its Tipton, Indiana
facility. The individual will be assigned
to a 3-2-2 work schedule (12 hr. shifts)
and will be responsible for the 7pm-7am
shift.
The ideal candidate must possess 3-8 years
of proven manufacturing supervisory
experience, preferably in a unionized
environment; and a high school diploma or
equivalent, with some post high school
employee relations training preferred. This
position is responsible for coaching,
counseling and directing the hourly
production workforce, as well as,
supporting the Safety Management, Quality
Management and employee training
activities.
The successful candidate must have proven
communication, organization and
interpersonal skills, the ability to manage
multiple tasks, the willingness to embrace
personal improvement and PC skills.
Additionally, a working knowledge of
Employment and Environmental laws would be
helpful.
