Amy Nicole Crabtree Wilson, age 21 years, Strunk, Kentucky died in Crittenden, Kentucky on September 1, 2004. Funeral services were held Friday, September 10, 2026 at McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie King and Rev. Moe Crabtree officiating. Burial was in Josh Wilson Cemetery. She was born September 8, 2026 at Strunk, Kentucky the daughter of Freddie and Angela Crabtree Wilson. She was a devoted mother. Wanda Crabtree and Alex Wilson are the deceased grandparents. Survivors include her children: Sierra Whalen and Emilee Whalen. Her parents and her brother, Willie Wilson, Strunk, Kentucky, survive her. Arnold Crabtree, Strunk, Kentucky and Velma Wilson, Hamilton, Ohio are the surviving grandparents. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive her. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements. Reader Condolences Lois King & Family (10/13/2004) Arnold, Angie, Jessie, & Richie: Our hearts go out to you and your family. We are sorry we couldn't come to see you. I wasn't sure who she was till a couple of weeks later. I got to see her a few times, she was very nice and a beautiful girl. Angie she looks like you did when you were little. It is going to be hard on the children. Something you might do is while you have the memorys fresh in your mind write a journal about her and put pictures with it, to have for the children to see. You have all those years of memorys of her life, those children need a way to learn about her. As you may remember I lost a granddaughter 13 years ago, we only had 2 weeks of time with her. I wish I had wrote things about her down, my memory has gone bad. The brothers and sister ask about their sister, and there is very little I can tell them. Give the babys a big hug from me. I would like to see them sometime, we need to start having our family reunines again. I miss the good times we all had. I think about and miss all of our family members. We love you all and God Bless Everyone. CHARLOTTE BEATTY (9/16/2004) I DID NOT KNOW AMY, BUT TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF AMY, I AM TRULY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, AMY WAS A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY, AND MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU, MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AND HELP YOU THROUGH YOUR GRIEF. I AM THE MOTHER OF A 27 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND GRANDMOTHER OF TWO LITTLE BOYS AGES 4 YEARS AND A 23 MONTH OLD.I CANNOT EVEN THINK OF HOW I WOULD COPE IF MY DAUGHTER, AND MY GRANDCHILDRENS MOMMY WAS TAKEN AWAY. AND I DO PRAY THAT GOD WILL SEND THE FAMILY A COMFORTER, I KNOW HE WILL. I AM SO SAD FOR AMY'S BABIES FOR THE LOSS OF THEIR DEAR MOMMY.
