Milford Phillips, 67 years, Stearns, Kentucky died January 28, 2006. Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 31, 2026 at McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Rufus Hughes, Rev. Lenville Maxwell, and Rev. Larry Vanover officiating. Burial was in Taylor Ridge Cemetery. He was born at McCreary County, Kentucky on July 29, 2026 the son of the late Pennycuff and Nannie Jones Phillips. He worked in logwoods and was a member of Taylor Ridge Baptist Church. His parents and the following brothers and sisters precede him in death, Hubert Phillips; Alfred Phillips; Herman Phillips; Wilburn Phillips; Stella Roberts and Nora Phillips. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann Sumner Phillips and his children, Michael Wayne Phillips and Pam, Pine Knot, Kentucky and Marcia Winn Hicks and husband, Kenny, Stearns, Kentucky. Gilbert Phillips, and Maxine Coffey, Monticello, Kentucky are the surviving brother and sister. Stewart Shane Phillips; Kenzie Michelle Hicks; Seth Michael Phillips and Brittany Davis are the surviving grandchildren. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
