Customer Service
Representative
Full Time Position
The Kokomo Tribune, Kokomo's local daily
newspaper, is looking for the right
individual to join its customer service
staff. This person will assist in the day
to day activities of servicing our more
than 50,000 readers. This highly visible
position will focus on the needs of current
subscribers by providing exception response
to service requests. Work closely with our
field staff, mailroom staff, third/party
delivery partners and distributors that
deliver various products to households
throughout our market area.
Responsibilities will include retention
efforts to maintain the subscriber base and
provide for sales of new subscriptions.
Successful candidates can work in a
deadline-oriented environment, possess good
oral and written communication skills, and
have an understanding of data-base
marketing. Candidates must be able to work
early morning and on weekends.
This position offers hourly pay on a 40
hour schedule and commissions are available
for retention efforts. Individuals applying
should have some previous experience
working with the public, advanced education
helpful but not required. Applications are

between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Interviews will
