- 4 parts Absolut Citron vodka
- 2 parts Cointreau
- 1 part cranberry juice
- dash of lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Classic Martini

- 1 1/2 oz. chilled Beefeater gin
- 3/4 oz. dry vermouth
Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or an olive.
Dirty Martini

- 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
- 1 3/4 oz. Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth
- 1 tsp. olive brine
Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lemon twist. Stir gin and vermouth and pour into the glass. Garnish with a stuffed olive.
Gibson

- trickle of dry vermouth
Pour vermouth into an ice-filled shaker to coat the ice. Drain the vermouth. Add gin and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a cocktail onion.
