Caribbean Martini

• 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
• 3/4 oz. Malibu rum splash of pineapple juice

Shake with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Lemon Drop Martini

• 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron vodka
• 1/4 oz. triple sec
• 1/4 oz. sweet and sour mix

Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Dip in sugar and brush off the extra. Stir the vodka, triple sec and sweet and sour mix with ice. Strain carefully into the sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Sour Apple Martini

• 2 parts vodka
• 1 part sour apple schnapps
• 1 part ginger ale
• Splash of lime juice

Shake vodka, schnapps and lime juice in an iced shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and add ginger ale. Garnish with a thin slice of green  apple.
